Refund policy

Effective: 22 / 07 / 2025

1. Made‑to‑Order Production

All items are printed on demand after you place an order. Each piece is created especially for you and cannot be resold.

2. No Change‑of‑Mind Returns or Refunds

Because our products are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, we do not accept returns, cancellations or refunds for preference‑based reasons such as wrong size or design changes.

3. Statutory Warranty – Damaged or Defective Items

We’ll put things right if there’s a production error or your item arrives damaged.

What qualifies? What doesn’t?
  • Misprint, sewing or construction defect
  • Material flaw
  • Goods damaged in transit
  • Colour or brightness variations
  • Minor placement shifts (< 1 cm)

How to claim

  1. Notify us using the Contact Form within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the defect and whole item.
  3. We’ll confirm within 2 working days and, if approved, reprint or refund the affected item at no extra cost.

4. Lost or Undeliverable Parcels

If tracking shows a package as delivered, we cannot provide a replacement or refund. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once the buyer pays new postage.

5. Exchanges

We don’t offer size or style exchanges—please double‑check our size charts before ordering.

6. EU & Swiss Consumer Rights Notice

  • EU customers: Under Directive 2011/83/EU Art 16 (c), custom‑made items are excluded from the 14‑day right of withdrawal.
  • Swiss customers: Swiss law offers no automatic right to return correctly supplied goods, though statutory guarantees for defective products still apply.
